Delivered across ten, eight or six sessions (tailored to your needs where required), the program helps women clarify their direction and develop the mindset and habits to lead themselves and others more sustainably.

The standard program includes 10 core sessions delivered over ten months, with optional integration support. However this can be adjusted depending on your goals and budget.
